Second saturday
Years ago at our former location the Gateway Church of Christ created a monthly outreach event in order to provide food, clothing items, various necessities, a warm shower, and lots of love to the homeless population in the Pensacola area. Those efforts eventually evolved into what is now known as "Second Saturday" which takes place on the second Saturday of each month at the Gateway building from 10:30am-12:30pm.
Camps 'N Corners is a ministry that was birthed out of the Second Saturday Ministry. Once the team finishes up at our building we load up goods in the van & travel to known homeless encampments to provide aid to those in need.

A ministry striving to be the hands & feet of Jesus. We work with communities surrounding Gateway to bring Jesus to them, in their comfort zone. Once every couple months we take a meal, play basketball, make crafts with kids, toss around the football, and just get to know these residents.
